Refinancing for conforming 30-year
conventional loans are now available up to
$540,000 at a rate of 2.875%.
It’s been forecast that interest rates will
continue to steadily climb from their
historic lows. See the chart below for the
10-year treasury yield trend over the past
three years (the 30-year mortgage rates are
correlated to this trend).
