WILL 2021 CONTINUE TO BE A SELLER’S
MARKET?

Available “homes for sale” continue to
remain at record lows even during the slow
winter season. With just under half a
month’s worth of inventory, many buyers
are facing competitive multiple offer
situations.
In my opinion, we will see more homes
being put up for sale once the fatigue and
uncertainty of 2020 fades away.
Until then, it will continue to be a seller’s
market.
