With that perfect segue… in case your house has a pool, you’ll be please to find that the summer heat is making your house more desirable.

Last year (prior to COVID), houses with pools sold for an additional $16,137 more than their non-pool counter parts.

This year, these pool endowed homes are selling for an additional $27,199 more than homes without a pool… an almost 70% increase.
