MOST AMERICAN’S CANT AFFORD THE MEDIAN PRICED HOME.

As real estate prices continue to steadily climb, more and more Americans are getting priced out of the market. A recent study by the National Association of Builders found that 60% of American’s can’t afford the median price of $347,000 for a house based on their income.
